New Pouch Machine In Place and Ready for Business!

Lancaster, NH – PAK Solutions LLC, an SQF-certified flexible packaging manufacturer based in Lancaster, New Hampshire, has expanded its stand-up pouch production capabilities with the addition of a new high-speed pouch-making system.

The investment increases capacity for stand-up pouch formats across food, medical, and specialty applications, supporting customers who require scalable, U.S.-based production with short lead times. Designed for high-volume manufacturing, the Velocity 610SUP platform features precise servo control, optimized sealing performance, and faster changeovers—helping ensure consistent quality as volumes grow.

The expansion reflects increased demand from food brands and copackers seeking domestic packaging partners that can support growth while maintaining responsiveness and reliability.

“Our focus is on flexibility and speed as customer demand continues to increase,” said Donna Hosmer, Partner at PAK Solutions. “This new line allows us to deliver higher volumes without compromising the quality and service standards our customers expect.”

In addition to stand-up pouches, PAK Solutions manufactures a range of custom flexible packaging, including printed rollstock, poly bags, tamper-evident packaging, medical packaging, and other specialty formats. The company provides in-house design, printing, and converting services for both regulated and non-regulated markets.

With more than 50 years of experience, PAK Solutions continues to invest in capabilities that support both existing customers and new programs requiring dependable, scalable flexible packaging production in the U.S.

What an incredible day at The Waumbek for the very first Ron Demers Memorial Golf Tournament.

We are so grateful to all the participants who came from near and far to honor Ron’s memory and support such a meaningful cause. Thanks to your generosity, the funds raised will go toward a scholarship at White Mountains Community College for students in the trades.

It’s a fitting tribute—Ron could fix just about anything. And when the right part wasn’t available, he would often make one from scratch. That creativity, grit, and dedication defined his decades at PAK and left a legacy that continues to inspire us.

This annual event will be more than just a tournament—it will be a lasting way to celebrate Ron, his incredible skills, and the impact he had on so many. We’re already looking forward to next year.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our longtime Maintenance Manager, Ron Demers, on March 25th. Ron was deeply loved and respected by all of us at PAK Solutions. His kindness, dedication, and steady presence touched countless lives. He will be missed more than words can express.
