Rob and wife Sarah live in Summit, New Jersey with five kids spread between first grade and college, making for an active family life! Sarah grew up in Meredith, New Hampshire where her family still lives and they spend their summers in nearby Tuftonboro, New Hampshire. Rob was born in Zambia and grew up in South Africa, where he got his high school and undergraduate degree, before immigrating to the US in 1985. Shortly after arriving in the US he joined a very successful private investment firm, whose mission was to partner with private businesses, providing capital and support to enable the businesses to reach their full potential. The firm which became known as Lindsay Goldberg, sponsored Rod to attend The Wharton School of business where he received his MBA. After a 28 year career at Lindsay Goldberg most recently as a partner, Rob retired at the end of 2015from his full time position, but remains closely affiliated to the firm and grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such a great culture and successful organization.
Rob and Sarah both believe in actively supporting their local communities and are currently on the Board of the Tilton School with Sarah as the current Board Chair. The Tilton School relationships brought together the like minded group that saw the opportunity to partner with a terrific management and operating team at Pak Solutions in Lancaster and provide them the resources they need to build a successful business and once again make it a mainstay of the community. "We are very excited to be a part of this exciting venture and look forward to a bright future together!"
